Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ai-baby.io website and the AI Baby Generator・Future Face mobile app (together, the "Service"), operated by MAKA PELKA LTD, 36 Nachmani St, 6579505 Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel ("we", "us"). By accessing the website or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Entertainment only
The Service creates AI-generated images and playful predictions for entertainment purposes only, including future-baby faces, aging effects, couple-match scores, parent-child comparisons and face analysis. Results are not scientific, genetic, medical, or parenting advice, and cannot predict how a real future child will actually look or any real trait, relationship, or health outcome.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to create an account or make purchases through the Service. If you are between 13 and that age, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not directed at children under 13.
Your account and content
You are responsible for the photos and other content you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have the right and permission to use it, and that uploading it does not violate any other person's rights or applicable law. Do not upload photos of anyone who has not given you permission to use their image.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, infringing, or that impersonates or harms another person. We may suspend or terminate access for any use that violates these Terms.
License to use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your own device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Subscriptions and payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription, offered and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, billing cycles, free trials, and cancellations are governed by the applicable store's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings; unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by MAKA PELKA LTD or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party technology providers, including AI-processing partners, to generate results. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that results will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they reflect any real person's actual future appearance or traits.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAKA PELKA LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
